Weekly Maintenance Plan: $140

Bi-Weekly Maintenance Plan: $220

Monthly Maintenance Plan: $375 (Pay in full option $2500.00)

• One visit per week (Or Bi-weekly: one visit every two weeks, or once per month)
• Includes water testing, analysis, and appropriate treatment 
  • Chemical and maintenance treatment applied as required 
  • Replenish chlorinator or adjust salt generator (Salt not provided)
  • Chemical usage will be an additional charge 

Included Cleaning Services:

• Brush the waterline
• Brush the steps 
• Skim the surface for debris
• Empty skimmer baskets
• Vacuum the debris 
• Backwash the filter as needed (Sand filtration)
  • Cartridge filter and salt cell cleanings offered at a discounted rate (40% off)

• Thorough brushing of all surfaces
• Skim the pool water surface to remove floating leaves and debris
• Vacuuming the pool 
• Empty skimmer basket 

• Thorough brushing of the entire surface of your auto cover 

• Removes any buildup from your salt cell

• Thorough cleaning of filters to remove buildup. Additional charges may apply if cartridge filter replacement is necessary. 

• Onsite visit using LaMotte Spin Lab mobile testing unit, providing same day results with recommended water treatment and consult via clients preferred form of communication (Call, text, or email)

• Does not include the cost of any required chemicals
